Its title, with lightness, directly echoes the famous maxim of Bauhaus architect Mies van der Rohe, considered one of the fathers of modern minimalism. The selection of works offered at the Bonisson Art Center testifies to the constancy and strength of abstraction in the field of contemporary art. Thus, works that can now be described as historical, such as those of Martin Barré or Albert Chubac, among the first acquisitions of the Frac Sud in 1983, meet those of younger artists who have recently entered the collection, such as artist Rachel Poignant or Franco-Korean artist Seulgi Lee.
