Pedro Cabrita Reis

Pedro Cabrita Reis was born in Lisbon in 1956. Considered one of the most important Portuguese artists, he represented his country at the Venice Biennale in 2003. Pedro Cabrita-Reis is in search of an art that allows a suggestive approximation of the world. A conceptual artist, he most often uses water, geometric shapes and furniture, all essential elements of life.
